The renovated and reconstructed building was the former Bonneville Used Auto Sales. The facility is a full service office with drive-up and ATM banking, along with a second floor tenant space. The original garage service bays were renovated to create the covered drive-thru lanes. The General Contractor for the project was John B. Sullivan, Jr. of NH, Inc., Bedford, NH.
