New construction and site, centrally located in the Town of Hooksett. This facility includes Fire and Police Departments. The two-story 35,200sf complex is composed of 11,700sf for the Police Department and 23,500sf for the Fire Department.

The Fire Department space includes five apparatus bays with front and rear doors, a maintenance bay for vehicle repair along with storage and parts, and a new oxygen generator room is included for filling of tanks. Additional space includes dispatch, communications and bio hazard rooms. Day rooms, dormitories, showers and training room are located on the second floor.

The Police Department is composed of a sally port and evidence garage. A large booking and holding room, interview rooms, evidence check-in and lockers. Six cells are included within the booking area. Administrative offices, dispatch, training and exercise rooms along with meeting, conference and media room complete the first floor. Second floor spaces include investigation rooms, interview and dark room, toilet rooms and showers, exercise room, storage, library, and administrative offices.

The entire building is connected to a 120 k.w. emergency generator. Construction was completed May 1997.
