This building is a branch facility whose main
office is in Springfield, VT. The branch is a
2,250sf slab on grade, wood framed building, cement
clapboard siding with PVC trim and hip roofs on
the main building and two drive up lanes. A cupola
on top of the building allows natural light to
fall into the main lobby where four semi-circular
teller stations are located. The building also
includes offices, conference rooms, and break
area. The site is flat and allows parking for
twenty-five vehicles. The project was designed
and constructed in nine months utilizing the design/build
process. |
