The Architects working with a Construction Manager
provided design services to construct a 28,000sf
building on two floors at Route 3 and North Hawthorne
Drive in Bedford, NH. The creative solution on
this difficult site maximized the building we
could place on the site while meeting criteria
of the Bedford Performance Zone. The NH Neurospine
Institute will occupy approximately 15,000sf and
approximately 13,000sf shall be tenant space.
Construction was completed Spring 2004. |
