The
Architects completed design and construction observation
services for Ray the Mover in Manchester, NH.
The project involved adding 7,400sf of new warehouse
space with loading dock and truck apron to the
existing 23,400sf building. The addition also
provides 3,000sf of business offices, storage
mezzanine and a 2,000sf maintenance garage. The
Architects used industrial materials distinctively
to feature the ribbon windows, red trim and canted
front wall to express a new expanded image along
I-293. The project was managed and built by Stephen
J. Langley Construction Co., Goffstown, NH.
