The Architects, working with the owners and Eckman
Construction Co., developed a 20,000sf addition
to the existing 8,000sf building for a total of
28,000sf of office space on two floors. The owner
occupies approximately 14,000sf for a 34 chair
dental practice that provides adult, pediatric
and orthopedic dental services. Care was taken
to make pods of each section so that the patient
experience was of a small service oriented practice.
The Architects designed the renovations to the
existing building to logically connect to the
new, provide full accessibility and accommodate
multiple tenants. |
