The Architects worked with design/build team to
provide new office building. The building represents
94,000sf of manufacturing space and 18,500sf of
office support space on three floors. The seven
acre site on Abby Road in Manchester is a steep
site with terraced parking for 220 vehicles and
six loading docks. The entire building is handicap
accessible. After winning Design/Build competition,
R.C. Foss & Son, Inc. began construction April
25, 1996 and the building was occupied November
1, 1996. |
