The Architects have been selected along with Fulcrum
Associates to provide planning and design services
for the renovation and reuse of the existing 27,300sf
Newick’s Restaurant in Merrimack for the
Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. The facility
includes a new medical clinic for up to five practicioners,
radiology and phlebotony, a physical therapy center,
and MRI unit. Of particular interest will be patient
focused waiting and reception areas that effectively
guide the user to each practice and service. Approvals
are expected at the end of 2007 with construction
the beginning of 2008. |
