The Architects evaluated multiple sites for the
location of a new 5,500sf golf course maintenance
building. They also evaluated multiple plan options
for the new 20,000sf two- story clubhouse while
allowing the existing clubhouse to remain in use
until the new one is operational. The various
users of the clubhouse had varying programmatic
needs, as well as significant site circulation
requirements. In addition to maximizing parking
and developing a building that maximized program,
views were maximized. Traditional articulation
was used to take full advantage of the curb appeal
of this public course in its urban location. |
