The Architects assisted the Owner in a gut renovation of the memebers lounge and dining room. The project involved new steel beams to replace columns, new envelope and windows, new HVAC systems and lighting, and finishes. It was a fast track project that began January 1, 2010 and was completed March 15, 2010 on time and on budget.
