The Architects worked with the Owner and site/civil
consultants to develop the best use for this site.
The Architects developed 25,000sf of retail space.
The building is angled and pushed to one side
of the site to maximize visibility from Route
3 and take advantage of the solar orientation.The
deepest part of the building has its own gabled
form to provide a point of interest deep into
the site. The connecting form has three cross
gable entries to the walkway system which coordinate
with the accessible parking spaces to provide
clear access. The Architects are currently helping
with tenant fit-ups. |
