The Architects, helped develop a program and schematic solution for a new 7,200sf head start program. Working with a Design Build Contractor, outline specifications were developed, a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) was established, and assistance with financing was provided to get the project approved. Construction is scheduled to start Spring 2002.
