The Architects reviewed historic report, program,
and site plan to develop a proposed addition and
renovation of the existing Carriage House. Obtained
local approvals from the municipal agencies ,and
Manchester Historic Association, who administers
Historic easements on the Carriage House and its
addition, as well as improvements and modifications
to the main house (office), which is on the National
Register of Historic Places. Developed site plan
to maximize cars, while preserving/ enhancing
historic view from Elm Street. Consists of 5,000sf
Renovations and 7,000sf new construction. |
