The Architects assisted the NHIA in renovating
the existing two-story brick building that was
Manchester’s first high school and move
it forward on the site over a new basement. A
new two-story glass walled connector over a basement
will connect to a new 6 story building over a
basement. The basement and the first two floors
will provide program space for instruction and
faculty office space. The 4 upper floors will
provide dormitory space for 54 beds plus support
space. This mixed used property adds to the Institute’s
growing urban campus. The project is under construction Spring 2009.
