The Architects renovated the third and fourth floors of the YMCA into forty-seven dormitory rooms and one resident apartment for the NHIA. An elevator with a security access system was also added. A small lounge was provided near the elevator lobby on the fourth floor that will include television area, kitchen sink, under counter refrigerator and microwave, with some supportive counter space and coin operated laundry facilities.
