The Architects developed a master plan and a proposed
implementation strategy that demonstrated they
could subdivideand sell a conforming parcel with
buildings to execute Phase I. It showed they could
almost double the size of the existing church
without requiring additional land and while providing
more on site parking. Phase I involved minor renovations
to the existing parsonage for administrative offices
and renovations with the church space to provide
better space for the Christian education program,
and renovations ot the vestry. Completed Fall
2006. |
