The Architects proposed 8,000sf of new construction
added to 2,000sf of renovated existing building
for new Interpretive Center within the existing
Park. They programmed the facility with DRED,
Audobon Society, UNH Sea Grant, and the Friends
of Odiorne. They Developed alternate site concepts
and corresponding building concepts, refined design
development with study models, and developed Contract
Documents with numerous alternates to maximize
the value of the project funds: 50% State &
privately raised. Construction Administration
coordinated with ongoing exhibit design decisions.
