The Architects desinged a complete renovation
of the existing 15,000sf building, including mechanical,
electrical and sprinkler systems, window replacement
and finishes, and handicapped accessibility. An
addition of 12,000sf of new space that reorients
the circulation systems and connects to an existing
5,000sf gym will also be completely renovated.
With severe site constraints, relocated bus drop
off, increased program requirements and independent
use of the gym by the Rec. Dept. was provided.
The project was completed Spring 2003. |
