The Architects were hired to develop a new 100 bed, 3 story residence hall to replace the former Lincoln Hall at the southeast corner of the campus. This location closes that corner of the campus quad and is the first campus building you see as you come from downtown. The brick is a blend between Fremont Hall and the Library, the two abutting buildings and the pitched roof and trim continue the campus vernacular. Construction is scheduled to start Spring of 2010 and be complete for the semester beginning 2011.
