The Architects developed master plans for the
Pease campus, located at the Pease International
Tradeport, comprises 70,500 square feet of space
(an additional 64,500 on three upper level floors
not renovated) upon 13 acres. The master plan
identified areas and systems needing modification
in order to make this building suitable for it’s
intended use as classrooms, laboratories, meeting
rooms and library. This project consists of removing
all mechanical and electrical systems and replace
with new rooftop units adequate to serve the present
and future programs. The first phase is currently
in progress. |
