The Architects were selected to work with Seppala Construction to implement the schematic plans for the new Wellness Center at the Nashua campus of the Community College System of New Hampshire. The Architects provided design development services and Construction documents that expanded upon the original scheme to provide a 24,350 sf main floor, 14,098 square foot second floor, and 2,000 sf of connector. It is phase 2 of a 3 phase project and was completed in February of 2008.
