The Architects, working with a Team that includes
a Planner, Civil Engineer and Landscape Architect,
worked with the users to develop a program for
each component of the new Town Center. The anticipated
components include Fire Station, Police Station,
Town Offices, Library, Community Center, and possibly
professional office space.The recommended site
concept is being refined to explore viable phasing
options, budgets and architectural image. The
complex is programmed to accommodate approximately
80,000sf. The Master Plan approved at the 1997
Town Meeting. |
