The Architects working with NH Housing Finance Authority and Farmsteads of New England completed the first phase of this Energy Star housing for autistic adults in rural Hillsboro, NH. The first phase consisted of two buildings and the infrastructure to anticipate four additional buildings. Each building provides four supervised one bedroom dwelling units and a common lounge/dining/kitchen on one floor over a basement. The team is proceeding to finalize the Phase II site and building package that needs to include all of the site drainage, a new well, a 30,000 gal. cistern to the support sprinkler systems, septic system and completing the driveway and the walks. |
